The 2025-2026 OEN Before and After Care Program Application will open on June 14, 2025 at 12:00pm.
- The application below must be completed to be considered for our program.
- Due to limited capacity, we will be accepting seats until capacity has been met. All other applications will be placed on a waitlist.
- Parents will be notified using the email provided on this form if their child is invited to finalize registration or if they will be placed on the waitlist.
- Parents of students who have been accepted must confirm their acceptance of the seat and remit the deposit by the deadline listed in the acceptance email. Failure to do so will void the student's Before and After Care Seat.
